Adam Roselli, CCIM, Earns SIOR Designation

Salmon Creek Vision Centre, PLLC, has leased 3,402 rentable square feet of space from DS Property Holdings 4, LLC, at Northern Star Professional Center, a 3-building commerce park located at 14201 NE 20th Avenue, Vancouver, Washington.  The Tenant will begin occupancy of the space June 1, 2018.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Landlord and Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Raw Juice Bar Leases Space at Triangle Center

Raw Juice Bar has leased 569 rentable square feet of space from MB Longview Triangle, LLC, at Triangle Center, 1015 Ocean Beach Highway, Suite 15, Longview, Washington 98632.  The Tenant will begin occupancy of the space June 1, 2018.  Paul Young of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Balanced Living Chiropractic Leases Space at Orchards Professional Building

Balanced Living Chiropractic, PLLC, has leased 1,561 rentable square feet of space from Orchards Professional Building, LLC/Fogg Mortgage Co., at 6405 NE 116th Avenue, Suite 103, Vancouver, Washington 98662.  The Tenant began occupancy of the space May 1, 2018.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Vancouver House Painting Leases Alabama Street Space

Vancouver House Painting & Handyman Services has leased 2,250 square feet of warehouse and office space from Chase Hadaller, LLC, at 1255 Alabama Street, Longview, Washington 98632.  The Tenant began occupancy of the space in April.  Lance Brown of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in the transactions.

 

Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Lease Space at the Arts Building

Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program, providing free civil legal aid services for qualified clients, has leased 2,150 rentable square feet of space from The Arts Building, LLC, at 1104 Main Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660.  The Tenants will begin occupancy of the multi-level Class-B office building June 1, 2018.  Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

West Village Farms, LLC, Leases Space at Vancouver Tech Campus

West Village Farms, LLC, an indoor organic garden for specialty herbs and vegetables, has leased 33,424 rentable square feet of space from S-E, Inc., at the Vancouver Tech Campus, 18110 SE 34th Street, Building 4, Vancouver, Washington 98683.  The Tenant will organically grow and supply the herbs and vegetables to Vancouver and Portland area grocery stores and restaurants, and began occupancy of the space May 1, 2018.  Fuller Group’s Eric Fuller, CCIM, KC FullerPaul Young and Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Landlord and Mark Hush of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

NE 58th Street Building Sold

We Collect, Inc., a collections company, has purchased from IHS Properties, LLC, the 2,504 square foot building located at 3204 NE 58th Street, Vancouver, Washington 98663.  The two story commercial office building was purchased for $339,000.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Seller and Larry Garcia of Larry Garcia Investment Real Estate Services represented the Buyer in the transaction.

 

TL Salon Leases Space in Uptown Village

Trang Lam and Leslie Martinez, dba TL Salon, have leased 825 square feet of space from Angelo Investment Co., at 301 E McLoughlin Boulevard, Suite C, Vancouver, Washington 98683.  The Tenant will open for business in the space August 1, 2018.  Eric Fuller, CCIM, and KC Fuller of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

JL Chudek, LLC Leases Space at Padden Commerce Park

JL Chudek, LLC, owner of a coffee franchise, has leased 3,150 rentable square feet of space from Westcore II Vancouver, LLC, at Padden Commerce Park, 12013 NE 99th Street, Suite 1630, Vancouver, Washington 98682.  The leased space is an expansion and relocation from a previous location and will be used as office space and barista training.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Tenant and Coleman Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Maddox Industrial Transformer Purchases Land at BG Corporate Center.

Maddox Industrial Transformer has purchased from Regents Bank 4.9 acres of land at Battle Ground Corporate Center. The purchase of tax lot number 192206006 was in the amount of $747,054.00.  Fuller Group’s Eric Fuller, CCIM, KC Fuller and Scott Higgins represented the Buyer and Steve Hunker of Capacity Commercial Group represented the Seller in the transaction.

 

Ninth Street Medical Building Sold

Craciun Medical Plaza, LLC, has purchased from Kezar Medical Plaza, LLC, the multi-tenant office building located at 11201 NE 9th Street, Vancouver, Washington 98684.  The 25,463 square foot building was purchased as an investment for $6,300,000.00.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Seller and Brett Irons, also of Fuller Group, represented the Buyer in the transaction.

 

Pacific Industrial Commons Sold

Pacific Industrial Holdings, LLC, has purchased from Pacific Industrial Commons, LLC, the multi-tenant industrial building located at 14511 NE 13th Avenue, Vancouver, Washington 98685.  The 44,245 square foot building was purchased as an investment for $5,325,000.00.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Seller in the transaction.

Nadine Neale, a spa proprietor, has leased 720 square feet of space from Angelo Property Co., at 1801 D Street, Suite 5, Vancouver, Washington 98683.  Fuller Group’s KC Fuller and Eric Fuller, CCIM, represented the Landlord and Justin McClellan of Wollcott & Stinson represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Koi Pond Cellars Leases Space in Downtown Vancouver

Koi Pond Cellars wine tasting room and restaurant has leased 1,631 square feet of retail space from Ten Talents Investments 6, LLC, at 212 E Evergreen Boulevard, Vancouver, Washington 98660.  The Tenant began occupancy of the space May 1, 2018.  Brett Irons of Fuller Group represented both the Landlord and the Tenant in the transaction.
