North Pacific Management, a hotel management company, has leased 3,797 square feet at Courtside Office Building, 7200 NE 41st Street, Suite 100, Vancouver, Washington 98662.  The tenant began occupancy in the two story, class B office building June 1, 2018.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR and Byron Roselli represented the Landlord and Colliers International’s Tamara Fuller and Eric Anderson represented the Tenant in the transaction.
