Kolau, LLC Leases Space at Fisher Building

Kolau, LLC, has leased 782 rentable square feet of space from Fisher Building, LLC at 16703 SE McGillivray Blvd., Suite 215.  The Tenant will began occupancy of the space September 1, 2018.  Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Restaurant Purchases Lot on Main Street

Just Leap, LLC has purchased 240 square feet of land from Elizabeth Ann Walthers & Roberta Helene Hidden Foster, at 2413 Main Street, Washington 98660.  The small parcel of unimproved land was purchased for $10,000.00. Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, of Fuller Group represented the Buyer and Charlie Kleier of Colliers International represented the Seller in the transaction.

 

Covington Corner Fully Leased 

Ambiance Tan, Custom Cuts, Star Nails and Vancouver Glass occupy the 9,348 square feet of space at 10800 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA. Existing Tenants renew lease. Jennifer Miesner,Vice President, Asset Management/Broker of Fuller Group represented all parties in the transaction

 

First Place Plaza Leases Space to Counseling Services 

Laura M. Lewis, CDP, has leased 3,832 square feet of office space from Perseverance, LLC, at 12503 SE Mill Plain Blvd. Suite 119A.  The Tenant began occupancy of the space September 1, 2018.  Adam D. Roselli, CCIM, SIOR of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in the transactions.

 

Freshii Renews Lease at Grand Central

 

Freshii, has renewed lease of 1,757 rentable square feet of space from Grand Central Partners, LLC, at 2420 Columbia House Blvd, Suite 100, Vancouver, Washington 98661.  Adam Roselli, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Tenant in the transaction.
