Soft Style Salon Leases space at Four Seasons Place

Soft Style Salon has leased 1,050 square feet of space from Four Seasons Place, LLC, at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 2701 NE 114th Avenue, K-4, Vancouver, Washington 98684.  The Tenant is scheduled to occupy the space beginning June 1, 2018.  KC Fuller and Eric Fuller, CCIM, of Fuller Group, represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

RAM Investments, LLC, Purchases Garden Center Property

RAM Investments, LLC, garden center owner/operator, has purchased from Mahoney Property Holdings, LLC, the property located at 10006 SE Mill Plain Boulevard, Vancouver, Washington 98664.  The property was purchased for $2,338,424.00.  Lance Brown of Fuller Group represented the Seller and Eric Fuller, CCIM, and KC Fuller of Fuller Group represented the Buyer in the transaction.

Jason Snyder Purchases Property at 221 SE Roake Avenue

Jason Snyder, sole proprietor, has purchased the 9,000 square foot storage/light industrial warehouse property located at 221 SE Roake Avenue, Castle Rock, Washington 98611, from Fridley Family Trust.  The transaction was completed as an initial lease with option to purchase, and was purchased for $260,000.00  Lance Brown with Fuller Group represented the Seller in the transaction.

DJ Automotive Leases Space on St. Johns Road

Daniel Hayes dba DJ Automotive, an auto repair shop, has leased 3,160 square feet of space from TR Oliver Trucking at 7208 NE St Johns Road, Vancouver, Washington.  The Tenant began occupancy of the space in February.  Lance Brown of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Family Solutions Leases Space at Four Seasons Place

Family Solutions, mental wellness and behavioral services, has leased 1,200 square feet of office space from Four Seasons Place, LLC, at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 2701 NE 114th Avenue, K-4, Vancouver, Washington 98684.  The Tenant began occupancy in the mixed-use center March 1, 2018.  KC Fuller and Eric Fuller, CCIM, of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Jorge Castro Purchases Land for Expansion Needs

Jorge Castro, proprietor of the local Jorge’s restaurant chain, has purchased from The Pacific NW Group, LLC, the land lot adjacent to Jorge’s Cerveza Factory located at 11 North Parkway, Battle Ground, Washington, in order to meet parking demands for the restaurant.  The lot was purchased for $200,000.00.  Brett Irons of Fuller Group represented the Buyer in the transaction.

 

Union station

Union Station Adds Three New Tenants in Prelease Phase

Union Station, the new retail center under construction on NE 192nd Avenue & NE 3rd Street, Camas, Washington, has added three new tenants during its preleasing phase.  The Gyro Shack has leased 1,260 square feet in Building 3, VanderHouwen Fitness II, LLC dba Pure Barre, has leased 1,376 square feet in Building 2 and Craft of Man Barbering has leased 1,392 square feet in Building 2.  All three tenants are expected to move in to the center in April or May 2018.   Brett Irons of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in all three transaction, and Melissa Martin and Marc Strabic of HSM Pacific represented Pure Barre.

 

 

Vancouver Counseling Associates, LLC, Leases Space at Fisher Building

Vancouver Counseling Associates, LLC, has leased 2,056 square feet of space from Fisher Building, LLC, at the Fisher Building, 16701 SE McGillivray Boulevard, Suite 140, Vancouver, Washington 98683.  The Tenant will begin occupancy at the Class A office building May 1, 2018.  Adam Roselli, CCIM, and Byron Roselli of Fuller Group represented the Landlord and Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Triumph Aerospace Systems Leases Space at Millennium Bulk Terminals

Triumph Aerospace Systems, an aircraft parts manufacturer, has leased 180,000 square feet of heavy industrial space from Millennium Bulk Terminals, LLC, at 4029 Industrial Way, Longview, Washington, 98632.  The Tenant began occupancy of Terminal Buildings 55 and 56 earlier this month.  Fuller Group’s Paul Young represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

PeaceHealth Leases Space at Triangle Center in Longview

PeaceHealth has leased 6,364 square feet of space from MB Longview Triangle, LLC, at Triangle Center,  1015 Ocean Beach Highway, Longview, Washington 98632.  The Tenant will begin occupancy at the shopping center in July 2018.  Fuller Group’s Paul Young represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

 

Lifelong Renews Lease at 1338 Commerce Building

Lifelong, a community health organization aiding people living with or at risk of HIV and/or other chronic conditions, has renewed their lease of 755 rentable square feet of space from 1338 Commerce Partners, LLC, at 1338 Commerce Avenue, Suite 212, Longview, Washington.  For volunteer opportunities with the organization or to learn more about the work Lifelong does, please visit www.lifelong.org.  Fuller Group’s Paul Young represented the Landlord in the renewal.

 

Mortgage Solutions of Colorado Leases Space at First Place Plaza

Mortgage Solutions of Colorado has leased 1,312 rentable square feet of office space from Perseverance, LLC, at First Place Plaza, 12503 SE Mill Plain Boulevard, Suite 215B, Vancouver, Washington 98684.  The Tenant will begin occupancy of the space April 1, 2018.  Adam Roselli, CCIM, of Fuller Group represented the Landlord and Mert Meeker of MBM Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Two New Leases Completed at Courtside Office Building

Courtside, the two story, Class B office building located at 7200 NE 41st Street, Vancouver, Washington 98662, welcomes two new tenants to the building beginning May 1, 2018.   EcoLab, Inc., an engineering company, has leased 2,046 rentable square feet of space in Suite 204.   Direct Fairways, a marketing company within the golf industry, has leased 2,466 rentable square feet of space in Suite 203.   The Landlord, KMan Properties, LLC, was represented by Fuller Group’s Adam Roselli, CCIM and Byron RoselliDoug Bartocci, also of Fuller Group, represented the Tenants in both transactions.

 

Cellutions, PLLC, Leases Space at Gateway Medical Center II

Cellutions, PLLC, specializing in physical rehab, massage therapy, trigger point injections, drug-free pain relief, chiropractic and other physical medicine treatments, has leased 1,351 rentable square feet of space from Gateway Medical Center II, LLC, at Gateway Medical Center II, 2621 NE 134th Street, Suite 100, 98686.  The Tenant will begin occupancy in the three-story medical office building April 1, 2018.  Doug Bartocci, CCIM, and Adam Roselli, CCIM, of Fuller Group, represented the Landlord and Tamara Fuller, CCIM, and Eric Anderson of Colliers represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Nano Properties, LLC Purchases Buildable Industrial Land

Nano Properties, LLC, specializing in manufacturing, has purchased 4.57 acres of buildable industrial land from Keller Trust at Birtcher Business Center, Lot 9, Vancouver, Washington. The land was purchased for $1,443,252.  Fuller Group’s Garret Harper, CCIM, represented the Buyer and Capacity Commercial’s Steve Hunker and Mark Childs represented the Seller in the transaction.
