Estate of Daniel P. Pietrok Sold to Mark Luna

Mark Luna has purchased the Estate of Daniel P. Pietrok, the property is located at 1215 Pacific Ave., Woodland, WA  98674. The property was purchased for $600,000.00. Paul Young, of Fuller Group represented the buyer in this transaction.

 

English & Marshall Law Firm, Leases Space at the HH Hall Building 

English & Marshall a Law Firm, leases 2,256 square feet of space from NW Investments at Stockford Village, LLC at 10000 NE 7th Ave Vancouver, WA 98685. The Tenant began occupancy of the space in August. Debi Ewing of Fuller Group represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Andrew Cleveland Leases Space from WEH Family, LLC

Andrew Cleveland, a contractor, has leased 1,731 square feet of space from WEH Family, LLC at 6531 NE Hwy 99 Vancouver, WA. The tenant began occupancy of the space in July. Debi Ewing, of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in this transaction.

 

Trang Lam & Leslie Martinez Lease Space for Salon

Trang Lam & Leslie Martinez, has leased 825 square feet of space from Angelo Investment Co. at 301 E Mcloughlin Blvd., Ste. C Vancouver, WA 98683. The tenant began occupancy of the space in August. Eric Fuller, CCMI and KC Fuller of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in this transaction.

 

Union Station Adds New Tenant 

Union Station, the new retail center under construction on NE 192nd Avenue & NE 3rd Street, Camas, Washington, has added yet another tenant.  Pizza Hut  leased 1,376 square feet of space, in Suite 208. Brett Irons of Fuller Group, represented the Landlord and Pam Rushing, and Jordon Samiee, of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Pizza Hut Leases Space in the Salmon Creek Center 

NPC International, Inc., has leased 1,200 square feet of space from Ten Talents 12 Investments, LLC, at the Salmon Creek Center, for new Pizza Hut restaurant. Brett Irons of Fuller Group, represented the Landlord and Pam Rushing, and Jordon Samiee, of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the Tenant in the transaction. 

 

RCL Enterprises, Purchases Office Building in Washougal

RCL Enterprises, an Investor, purchases 5,000 square feet of office space from David R. Theobald, at 76-82 Washougal River Road Washougal, WA 98671. Fuller Group’s Brett Irons and  Scott Higgins represented the Seller and Scott Eversand of Hasson Company represented the Buyer in the transaction.

 

Nex Generation, LLC Purchases Corner Location 

Nex Generation, LLC, an investment/development company, purchases 40,511 square feet of space from Michael and Judith Stillman, at 1501 Highway 99 Vancouver, WA. The property and buildings were purchased for $1.2 million. KC Fuller and Scott Higgins of Fuller Group represented both parties in the transaction.

 

Computer Software Company Purchases Converted Residential Space 

Computer Software Solutions purchases 1,868 square feet of converted residential space from Eva M. Pino, at 11714 NE Crestwood Drive Vancouver, WA 98684. The property was purchased for $380,000.00. Doug Bartocci of Fuller Group represented the Buyer and Blake Federinko of MAJ Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.

 

Longview Wye Development Purchases Land 

Paul Young, of Fuller Group represents Longview Wye Development in the purchase transaction of 4.93 acres, from Amerco Real Estate Company. The land was purchased for $1,288,504.00.

 

Minuteman Press Leases Retail Space 

Minuteman Press, leases retail space located at 7415 NE Highway 99 Suite 103 Vancouver, Washington 98665, from Hee Sook Park Revocable Trust. The Tenant began occupancy of the 2,375 square feet of space on July 1, 2018. Debi Ewing of Fuller Group assisted in the transaction.

 

The United States Army Corp of Engineers Leases Space at Courtside Office Building

The United States of America, Army Corp of Engineers, has leased 977 rentable square feet of space from KMan Properties, LLC, at 7200 NE 41st Street Suite 106 Vancouver, WA.  The Tenant will began occupancy on July 1, 2018.  Adam Roselli, CCIM of Fuller Group represented the Landlord in the transaction.

 

Commercial Building Sold

ACJJ, LLC, an engineering company, purchases 4,200 square feet at 2129 E Evergreen Blvd. The property was purchased for $419,000.00. The Tenant begnn occupancy on July 10, 2018. Debi Ewing of Fuller Group represented the Seller in the transaction.

 

Single Story Suburban Office Building Leased to UL, LLC

UL, LLC, a lab/testing facility, leases 35,757 square feet of space from Microware, Inc at 14301 SE 1st Street, Suite 110-190 Vancouver, WA 98684. The Tenant will begin occupancy on December 1, 2018. Doug Bartocci, CCIM, Eric Fuller, CCIM, and KC Fuller of Fuller Group represented the Landlord and Tom Usher and Paul Carlson of Cushman and Wakefield represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Pro-Caliber Real Property, LLC Purchases Retail Building 

Pro-Caliber Real Property, LLC purchases single story retail building with approximately 2,262 square feet of space at 10805 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA from Seven Star Investment, LLC. The property was purchased for $830,000.00. Doug Bartocci, CCIM of Fuller Group represented the Buyer and Young Moon of Better Properties Brokerage in the transaction.

 

Halbert Construction Services, LLC Leases Space at Business Park

Halbert Construction Services, LLC leases 3,150 square feet of space at 12013 NE 99th Street Vancouver, WA from Westcore II Vancouver, LLC. The Tenant began occupancy on September 1,2018. Adam Roselli, CCIM of Fuller Group represented the Tenant and Coleman Brown of Columbia Commercial represented the Landlord in the transaction

 

Gateway Medical Center Welcomes New Tenant 

Guild Mortgage leases 3,423 rentable square feet of space at 2621 NE 134th Street Vancouver, WA from Gateway Med, LLC. The Tenant with begin occupancy on November 1, 2018. Adam Roselli, CCIM and Doug Bartocci, CCIM of Fuller Group represented the Landlord and Sean Connors of CRESA represented the Tenant in the transaction.

 

Columbia Northwest Properties Leases Space to Youth Program

Janus Youth Programs, Inc, a community service program for at-risk, runaway and homeless youth, leases 1,345 square feet of space at 3305 Main Street Vancouver, WA from Columbia Northwest Properties. The tenant began occupancy of September 1, 2018. Doug Bartocci, CCIM of Fuller Group represented the Tenant in the transaction.

Whitney Phillips of More Better Chiropractic and Brittany Kelly of Balance in Motion leased 822 square feet of retail space at 10303 NE 4th Plain Blvd from Orchard Point, LLC. The Tenant will begin occupancy October 1,2018. Jennifer Miesner, Vice President-Asset Management/Broker of Fuller Group represented both parties in the transaction.

 

Brenes Enterprises and/or Assigns Purchases Buildable land

Brenes Enterprises, a developer, has purchased 1.64 acres from Sifton Commerce Center, LLC at 15730 NE 65th Street, Vancouver, Washington.  The property was purchased for $464.350.00. February. Debi Ewing of Fuller Group represented the seller in this transaction.

 

Mr. Formal Leases Retail Space on 4th Plain blvd

PCJ Enterprises, LLC, DBA, Mr. Formal leases 2,010 square feet of retail space at 10303 NE 4th Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA from Orchard Point, LLC. Jennifer Miesner, Vice President-Asset Management/Broker of Fuller Group represented both parties in the transaction.
