Empty Ventures, LLC, purchased an office building located at 7917 NE Hazel Dell Avenue, Vancouver, WA, from Vernon Peterson, Trustee, for $1,225,000.  The building consists of 6,500 square feet. 

Deborah Ewing of Fuller Group represented the Seller.  Jim West of Andrew Arroyo Real Estate represented the Buyer.
