Crusader Paymentsis Moving Into Vancouver’s Courtside Office Building

The owners of Hakes Enterprises, LLC has entered into a lease agreement with Kman Properties, LLC to lease approximately 1,295 square feet of office space in the Courtside Office Building in Vancouver WA. The company operates as Crusader Payments, and will be operating their payment processing services business from their new office at 7200 NE 41st Street, Suite 103, Vancouver WA in August of 2023. Adam Roselli of the Fuller Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
