White Oak Books Signs Lease in Uptown Vancouver

The owners of White Oak Books have entered into a lease agreement with Greenleaf Uptown LLC to lease a 2,335 square foot retail and office space in uptown Vancouver WA. The bookstore is expected to open their new location at 1700 Main Street, Vancouver WA, in November of 2023. Deborah Ewing and Brett Irons of the Fuller Group represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Tony Glavin of Remax Equity Group represented the tenant.
